Tomorrow we should get Into the Chaos back from the editor. This is the final round of editing known as a copy edit. Miranda should have it finalized within 48 hours once she gets it. We'll look to release it a few days early so I'll let you guys know when it's coming.
Also, we're officially moving out of our house in Florida on July 23rd. That means we're entering a period of complete chaos. Our new house won't be done until mid-August so we're going to bunk with my parents in Nashville for a few weeks.
On that note, Miranda is trying to get Monroe Doctrine book three done either before July 23rd or a week or two afterwards. Our goal is to have it done before we move into the new house. Miranda wants a month off once we move to nest and get settled into the house. That means you all are likely to get book three between a month to two months early. Yah.
Once Volume III comes out, we won't have another book release until the week of Christmas, so you all will get a burst of two quick books and then a solid 4 month wait. Sorry, have to get through moving.
I wanted to provide you all with a quick update on what's going on and what we're looking to do in the coming months. Let me know what you think in the comments below.
Let's map this out a little bit.
If Nord Stream 2 goes live, and Russia invades Ukraine, what comes next? If Poland mobilizes to support Ukraine, does Belarus attack Poland to bog them down on a separate front? If Belarus attacks polish forces in Ukraine it shouldn't trigger NATO Article 5, but would the Baltic States come to Poland's defense? Does all of this keep Poland out of the fight, knowing that they can sit at home protected by Article 5?
I've been bird-dogging the Belarus / Polish border ever since the annexation of Crimea, so this has been fascinating to watch this play out (which sounds horrible to say). Anyhow, here are a couple of interesting videos on the topic:
